Jay is a hell of a good looking guy - unfortunately for him he's very ticklish too. Shay senses this and picks him up for what he thinks is going to be a night of sexual passion. Little does he know that she is simply the henchwoman to a tickle crazy rich lady!
Once at Shay's house, Jay relaxes just enough, but Shay wants to tests his ticklishness. He passes with flying colors! Squirming and squealing uncontrollably, Shay can't believe what a find he is. She's having so much fun with her captive that she decides to give him one more tickle test. This time he's tied to a chair in his underwear, so that Shay can discover how his bare body will react to tickle torture - again he passes the test.
Shay calls her rich boss Heather and lets her know that she has discovered a five-star tickle victim for her pleasure. Heather arrives and is indeed quite pleased with capture. As the girls talk, Jay gets his ankles loose and tries to run away. The girls give chase and catch him before he can escape. Now he's really in trouble. The two tickle abusers tie Jay's hands over his head and give him a tickle hell he has never experienced before. The tickle torture gets so extreme that causes Jay the ultimate embarrassment!
